5 Completely new factions with unique culture, weapons and clothing (more in later releases).Andzi Proxy, while a nutball, has managed to put his scene creation skills to good uses, creating amazing works of art for you to find in the game, as well as a few hidden surprises. Using multiple OSP packs and personal touches, I have managed to create my version of a Warband Masterpiece. Welcome to Native Alternate Expasnion! I am Ramaraunt, and I am here to tell you about my modification that has been several months in the making.
Mount and blade native expansion mod#
This mod is made in honor of Peasant the Unruley, a member of the Persistent World community who passed away in June, 2016. However you can idividually change the equipment they use and have you own custom units.Ramaraunt, alongside drunk old Andzi the polish nutball, present: They can level into all types, spear crossbow, horse archer etc. You can buy then and they are tier 1 units. There's a man called Sigmund dressed in black armour you can find in taverns who sells freelancers. Also a nice little feature is all units have a tier next to them so you can easily see if they are a tier 2 archer or tier 6 infantry.Īnd finally my favourite addition. So gives a really fresh feel but at the same time very similar. With all the troop trees changes every item in the games is different but the play is the same. Adds the ability to buy and use boats around the sea and have sea battles if you like but not a necessity and you won't notice if you don't use them. In really late game all together can get into pretty high numbers. Under one leader and multiple armies moving like the factions do. Bandits will form armies sometimes under a leader, so armies of forest bandits, or sea riders etc. Just feels like a DLC for native.įlorid changes all of the troop trees, so now swadia have pretty good archers and no longer use crossbows, things like that. Just greatly enhances the base game, factions, items and adds some nice features. Got to be Floris, don't see it rated much but I've probably put more hours into it than native itself.
Mount and blade native expansion mods#
Diplomacy seems like my best bet so far, because I want mods that improve and expand on what is already part of the game. Massive overhauls like Floris and Silverstag, mods that overhaul core gameplay (troops, skills, etc.) are not what I want, but I'll save them for a later date of course. In case anyone wants to suggest more mods, let me narrow it down a bit more. The description and source list don't do a great job at explaining it without having to read through every single mod it uses. So, is there a mod that greatly enhances the base game without changing the core gameplay and theme? Things like bug fixes, QoL changes, graphics enhancements, etc.įloris seems to be the closest to what I want, but I can't quite figure out what it does. Native is losing its appeal after about 100 hours in three weeks, and I'm not really interested in the complete overhauls such as PoP and Gekokujo. My buddy finally convinced me to play Warband.
